Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY, INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT FOR MISCELLANEOUS REPAIRS WITHIN THE MEMPHIS DISTRICT SOL DACW66-96-B-0050 DUE 091296 POC Contract Specialist WENDELL NORMAN (901) 544-3118 (Site Code DACW66) The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials except as specified, and equipment for clearing, stripping, stockpiling, and the disposal of debris therefrom; levee restoration, which includes placement, compaction, and use of materials from existing slide either treated with lime or using geogrid; placement of roadway surfacing, and establishment of turf for SLIDE REPAIRS; clearing and disposal of debris therefrom, placement of riprap and filter material, placement of geotextile, and establishment of turf for SCOUR REPAIRS; and environmental protection. This contract has a Base Year and Four One Year Options, with a cumulative total not to exceed $2,000,000 per contract period. This will be an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not exceeding $17 million.
