The work includes construction of a pre-engineered metal building addition to an existing pre-engineered metal building, including sitework, concrete slab and foundation, overhead door, lighting, power, sprinkler, heating and ventilation systems and incidental related work. Testing of existing coated surfaces for toxic metals and an asbestos inspection of the existing building by the Contractor are required. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15AUG96 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 180 calendar days.
