Work consists of the removal of approximately 11,000 square meters of 3.8 centimeters of asphalt overlay, replacing with new asphalt approximately 11,000 square meters, caulk and seal of existing curb joints, 800 lineal meters of new curb and gutter, 600 square meters of new sidewalk, and removal and replacement of 150 lineal meters of curb and gutter. Project also includes minor grading of adjacent runoff area. Project completion time is estimated to be 80 days following the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed contract listed herein is unrestricted per the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
