Work includes: Base Bid: Replacing existing roll filters in the two main air handlers, AH-2 and AH-4 in the penthouse. Provide air balance for AH-2 and AH-4. Option 1: Replace existing roll filters in the two main air handlers, AH-1 and AH-3. Finally, once all modifications have been completed, the entire building's air system (connected to the 4 main penthouse air handlers) shall be balanced to the CFM'S indicated. Estimated construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with a Two Hundred (200) calendar day construction period after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Award will be made on an unrestricted size basis in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this procurement is not set-aside for small business concerns, and offers from both large and small business concerns will be considered. All large business concerns will be required to negotiate an acceptable sub-contracting plan for small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned small business concerns prior to contract award. The small business size standard is $17 million, and the standard industrial classification code is 1542. Funds are not presently available for this project.
