The building 2230 square feet in area with raised hollow core floor system with concrete topping, reinforced concrete support beams, load bearing concrete block with a stucco finish, open web steel trusses, metal deck, tapered insulation and single ply roof membrane. In addition to the record storage space, there is a mechanical room, a communication/electrical room and a unisex rest room. The interior finish is painted drywall on metal studs, lay-in acoustical tile ceiling, sealed concrete and vinyl tile flooring (restroom and communication rooms) The entire building is air conditioned. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 - $500,000. The estimated construction time is 150 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued O/A 06 Aug 1996.
