Custom News service to be provided on a 24-hour-basis VIA satellite to include: L-Band Satellite Data Receiver, MPEG Digital Audio Recorder, Maintenance, and retransmission authority to authorized AFRTS outlets and DoD units. Contractor shall provide UP Audio (Radio) News Service on a 24-hour basis via satellite. Service to include license authority and retransmission license authority for UPI Custom News Radio Service.
