We are seeking sources capable of satisfying a requirement for the management (including contracting function) of the Depot Repair/Modification of F-15 airframe, hydromechanical, electrical, and avionic assemblies and associated intermediate and depot support equipment. This work will be accomplished by the primary and supporting Source of Repairs (SORs) IAW applicable T.O.s, directives, test procedures and drawings. The primary and supporting secondary SORs shall be capable of providing all functions required in the receiving, asset accountiability and tracking by document number/serial number/national stock number, depacking, packaging, handling, crating, inspection, storage, rest bench checks and the disassembly required to located and repair/modification of the areas indicated as faulty to assure a serviceable end item. The primary shall have an aircraft maintenance repair and modification background. It is essential that the contractor's facility be located within a ten mile radius of Robins Air Force Base. Anticipated date for contract award is Feb 97. Respondents to this notice will be sent a DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO). U.S. Contractors must provide approved DD Form 2345 with their request. Contractors may obtain a DD From 2345 Certification by contacting Defense Logisitics Service Center, at 1-800- 352-3572. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently.
