Standard Specification for Jerk Seasoning, approximately 18 pages. 6.
Description of content: Provides quality requirements and a standard of
identity for jerk seasoning. Included are definitions of relevant
terms, product classification, requirements for raw materials (Notified
under the TBT Agreement), chemical and microbiological specifications
(notified under the SPS Agreement). 7. Objective and rationale: To
provide information for the food industry and protect the consumer at
local and international levels. 8. Relevant documents: The Daily
Gleaner, 24 April 1995, page 5a. When adopted, the document will appear
as a Jamaican National Standard which will be available for sale. 9.
Proposed date of adoption: Proposed date of entry into force: October
