wallcovering; roof covering systems; access flooring; Polymer plastic
toiletpartitions; erosion control fabric; Custom metal doors; solar
window film; security related and bullet resistant transparencies and
security film; security doors and security window bars; bullet
resistant panels, non-metallic; and bullet resistant panels, metallic.
NOTE. All contracts awarded under this multiple award schedule
Solicitation will include an option to extend the term of the contract
with other related clauses that allow for extension of the contract
term. The option provisions allow the Government an option, to be
exercised at the end of the initial basic schedule period to extend the
contract performance period for an additional 5-year period with annual
open seasons asapplicable. Identical product lines will be considered
only on the basic Solicitation for the initial contract period or on
the open-Season Solicitation issued before exercise of the option
period to extend the term of the contractperformance. All contract
awards include industrial funding provisions. Various clauses along
with I-FSS-599, electronic Commerce-Federal acquisition networkfacnet),
implement GSA advantage (gsas on-line shopping program) apply. Also,
clause I-FSS-125, requirement exceeding the maximum order, and related
clauses are included and allow customer agencies to seek price
decreases based on requirements that exceed the maximum order
established on any resultantcontracts. Contractors will not be
obligated to accept such orders in accordance with Federal acquisition
regulation 52.216-19. Offers will be accepted on an FOB destination
basis only. Contract period 04/01/97 through 03/31/99. I-FSS-164-D,
option to extend the term of the contract. Solicitation will be
reopened in approximately August 1997 to consider new offers. See NOTE
2 (portion of acquisition set-aside for small or small Disadvantaged)
special item number(S) 563-1, strip doors, and 563-2, air curtains are
set-aside for small or small Disadvantaged business. See Note 12 (trade
