This procurement will provide maintenance and repair services for telephone and voice mail equipment owned by EPA Region VII and located at 726 Minnesota Ave., 650 Minnesota Ave., 630 Minnesota Ave., and 25 Funston Road, Kansas City, KS. The equipment includes 3 NEC PBXs (HDS 5200 SIM; MDS 5200 IMB, MDS 4203 MMG) linked together with Common Channel Interoffice Signaling and integrated to an Octel MAXUM Voice Processing System (software level 4.0 with fax processing and networking). The contractor shall provide the personnel, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish these services. This will be a purchase order for a period of twelve (12) months.
