B -- INSTREAN FLOW (IFIM) STUDIES SOL RFP R2-96-106 DUE 091196 POC Contact Barbara Hayden, 303/275-5273, Contracting Officer Sharon Miner Project involves complete, comprehensive instream flow (IFIM) studies for the San Isabel National Forest on Halfmoon from its confluence with South Halfmoon Creek downstream to the National Forest boundary, and Middle Cottonwood Creek, from its confluence with Ptarmigan Creek to the National Forest boundary, Lake and Chaffee Counties, Colorado. Selection criteria will be based on technical capability. Data collection shall be completed during the field seasons of 1996 and 1997, with the final report delivered to the Forest Service by 12/1/97.
