Course shall teach a standardized method of wildfire prevention program analysis and planning for use by regional and local wildlife fire agencies. Course shall teach how to complete a unit analysis, to capture the history of and determine the potential for undesirable wildlife fires, and how to develop an effective prevention plan that reduces undesirable wildlife losses to natural resources and to public and private property. Total quantity of one complete course delivered to the address in note 7 anticipated by July 15, 1997. Procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and only written offers will be accepted. Negotiated contracting procedures will be used for award. Anticipated award date is September 18, 1996.
