The work includes removing piping and valves in domestic water systems and providing new piping and valves such that new valves are accessible, remove and replace/reinstall ceilings, painting, new access panels and incidental related work. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1711 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 190 calendar days.
