Willins (816) 426-6823 ext. 230 The Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) has a requirement for the maintenance of two (2) AC-500 Gulfstream twin Commanders N47RF and N51RF, and one (1) Gulfstream AC-690A Turbo Commander N53RF. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and parts necessary for maintenance of Government-owned aircraft, on an as-needed basis. Maintenance will be performed on the aircraft at the contractor's facility. The Government is contracting for maintenance services in three regions; the Eastern United States, the Central United States and the Western United States. The contractor will make repairs with new, overhauled or serviceable parts as determined by the government. The government reserves the right to supply parts as necessary for the aircraft. Additionally, to be responsive to this solicitation, the proposed bidder must be a designated Twin Commander Service Center at the time of submission of the bid and provide proof of hull and liability insurance. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to the following: 1) 50 hour inspections; 2) 100 hour inspections; 3) phase inspections; 4) Repair of discrepancies found during inspections; 5) Repair of pilot reported discrepancies; 6) Avionics and navigation systems; 7) Any required manufacturer's modifications and service bulletins; 8) Serving and lubrication; 9) Scheduled Engine and prop changes; and 10) Airframe and landing gear inspections.
