Clancy (804) 734-9920 (Site Code HQCAAA) To provide bakery products, including various breads, rolls, and doughnuts, for resale at the Brunswick, ME and Portsmouth, NH commissaries through an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract for a period of one year. Estimated period of performance is October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. Deliveries will be required five days per week in Brunswick, ME and four days per week in Portsmouth, NH. Contractor will be responsible for stocking shelves. Resultant contract will be firm fixed price. Estimated quantities for Brunswick, ME: 119,230 loaves of bread, 60,450 rolls, 5970 doughnuts. Estimated quantities for Portsmouth, NH: 29,485 loaves of bread, 15,300 rolls, 1500 doughnuts. Award will not be placed on an 'all or none' basis, instead contractors will be allowed to offer pricing on only those items they can supply. 25% of the value of the contract will be guaranteed for purchase.
