Lee 318/456-6833, Contracting Officer. The project provides for the replacement of the entire HVAC system to include boiler, chiller and air handler removal and replacement. Removal and replacement of suspended ceiling and all light fixtures is to be included. Expansion of medical gas room will require wall demolition and patching. Addition of medical gas service in three rooms at the Base Hospital is included in the scope of work. Anticipated opening date 04 September 1996. This contract will have a performance period 150 calendar days which includes 30 days to start. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
