Z -- INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL CONDUIT AT DILLINGHAM, ALASKA SOL DTCG35-96-Q-JBDJRA DUE 082196 POC Loni Fermin, Procurement Assistant (907) 463-2413. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install an electrical conduit run composed of three 6-inch nominal, schedule 40 PVC pipes. The run is approximately 225 feet in length. Approximately half the run will be placed under ground, the remainder of the conduit will be above ground and supported by hangers under an existing pile supported building. Installation shall be limited to conduit only, no electrical conductor shall be required to be supplied. The conduit run shall be installed as indicated on the project drawings. Pursuant to FAR 28.102-1(a), this procurement is subject to the Miller Act (40 USC 270a-270f) and as such, the offeror shall shall be required to provide payment and performance bonds for any construction contracts exceeding $25,000.00. Performance and Payment bonds shall be furnished within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of award with surety or sureties acceptable to the Government. The Penal amount of the Performance Bond shall be equal to 100% of the purchase order price and the penal amount of the payment bond shall equal 50%. Standard Industrial classification Code is 1731, the average annual receipt for the past three years is $7.0 million. This is a small purchase set-aside.
