The work includes but is not limited to exterior drainage improvements including installation of underground roof drainage collection system, exterior regrading and limited removal and replacement of pavement, ventilation louver modifications, construction of a canopy over the southwest Multi-Purpose Room entrance, removal of Multi- Purpose Room floor, installation of underfloor drainage system and installation of floor slab and athletic floor finish, mechanical system improvements, restoration of sprinkler system and landscaping and disposition of debris and salvageable items. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 5 Aug 96 and bid opening will be held on or about 5 Sep 96. Estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1542. The Small Business Size Standard is $17.0 Mil. The procurement is unrestricted. There is a $22.00 NON-REFUNDABLE charge for each copy of the solicitation package.
