The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1,000,000.00
and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A August 5, 1996.

full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be
purchased by interested applicants for $17.00. Full-size drawings alone
may be purchased for $13.00 a set. Payment must accompany request.
