The contractor shall provide both inpatient and outpatient care at the contractor's facility. Contractor to also provide professional medical personnel to provide medical services at the Federal Prison Camp located in Yankton, South Dakota. The Government intends to award a Requirements Type Contract for a base year with four option year periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. Only medical facilities within a thirty-five mile radius will be utilized for inpatient/outpatient services. Estimated quantities for Inpatient/Outpatient services for the base year are 40 days inpatient and 100 outpatient encounters with a estimated 10 percent increase for each option period.
