Description of content: Any employer performing an act of manufacturing, importing, transporting, or storing chemical substance, or preparations containing such chemical substance, shall prepare in advance a data sheet giving the following information: Denomination of chemical substance; precaution for handling with regard to safety and health; effect on environment, etc. A label describing the information contained on the data sheet should be attached to the containers of chemical substances. 7.
