Requests for Quotation must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent, citing RFQ 56-33 or by facsimile at (202) 874-3135. All written requests must state the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned. All responsible sources may submit quotes which will be considered.
