Phase II provide all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, and services to replace approximately 25,600 SF of existing built up roof, Areas 5,6, and 7. the new built up roof will be a cold applied bituminous built-up system. Work includes removing the existing built-up roof (gravel, asbestos-containing felts, and insulation); removing existing equipment, pipe, and electrical conduits; repairing penetrations; repairing and priming the existing metal deck; and installing a new roof system.Performance period is 90 calendar days after the Notice to proceed. Phase III provide all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, and servicews to replace approximately 26,500 SF of existing built-up roof. Two roof systems will be used: a spray on, polyurethane system on Area 1 (19,000sf)and cold applied bituminous built-up system on Areas 3 (6,000 sf)and Area 8 (1,400 sf). Work will include removing 2 abandoned cooling towers and associated equipment, pipes, and electrical conduits; repairing penetrations; repairing and priming the existing metal deck; appling an insulation to the deck and installing a new roof system. Remove and replace approximately 1,300 SF of eisting damaged metal roof deck. Performance is 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
