Services are required to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to provide laundry and dry cleaning services for the Hospital located at Patrick AFB FL. This is a requirements type contract which is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. The Contracting Officer will request a wage determination for additional localities within a 100-mile radius if asked to do so in writing within a ten-day period following initial issuance of the solicitation. Estimated annual bulk weight is 106,406 lbs. Services are to be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement which will be included in the solicitation. Period of performance is 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97, plus four priced one-year options. The applicable SIC Code and size standard are 7218/$10.5M.
