The contractor shall be responsible for the complete removal of existing hardware and installation/ integration of new hardware and software as required to make the VMC 75 fully functional and operational. Hardware will be prefabricated off-site and delivered pre-assembled to the maximum extent feasible to minimize downtime to current operation. This action is under 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 7371, the standard for which is a concern including a affiliates, having an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,00.00.
