Work shall include installing new 4-inch potable water piping and backflow preventer assembly in the existing 6-inch cold water line; disconnecting existing water lines to fountains, restrooms, etc., at approximately 10 locations in the laboratory; connecting new line to fountains, restrooms, etc., and labeling all revised existing piping and new piping with correct labels. Work shall be performed at the USEPA National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory, 2565 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Anticipated completion date is 180 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000.
