U -- COMPUTERIZED BASED TRAINING COURSE SOL RFP 657-74-96 DUE 083096 POC Karen Munroe, Contract Specialist, 314-894-6610 The Veterans Benefits Administration, Loan Service Division of the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri, intends to procure the services to develop a Computer Based Training (CBT) course entitled ''Introduction to the Residential Mortgage Industry''. Contractor shall be required to provide a Design Plan, Script, and Production and Authoring which will include contractor required participation in a week long content development meeting identifying course content, writing of a 325 page (screen) script, and production and authoring of the course using Authorware. Sixty-five (65) sets on 3 1/2'' disks of the final course software to be used with 386 compatible PC's, VGA monitor, on a LAN network running Windows NT or stand alone computer running Windows 3.x/95. Graphics standard is VGA, 16 colors, standard Windows palette (640x480, 100dpi). Request for Proposal to be issued July 30, 1996. Request for Proposal will be due August 30, 1996.
