The Federal Bureau of Prisons at Minersville Pa. is requesting non-personal services for an Employee Assistance Program. The solicitation packages will be available on July 26, 1996 with an anticipated bid opening on or about August 26, 1996. The successful bidder will be responsible for evaluation, referral, and brief counseling, in the areas of substance abuse, mental health, relationship/family problems, and personal development for employees an family members at FCI Schuylkill. The clinicians will be certified/licensed/supervised to provide the above described services. A licensed Psychologist and/or Board-Certified Psychiatrist will supervise overall clinical services. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
