DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes removal of underground storage tanks, removal of underground storage tanks and replacement with aboveground storage tanks (AST), installation of a secondary piping on an existing jet fuel line, incidental generators, ASTs installation of carwash water recycling system and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is $500,000 and $1,000,000 million.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 90 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--It is recommended the subcontracting plan goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business subcontracting effort.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.
