Seminar to be tailored to the five inventory control points (icps), two distributionregions, and three service centers using CASE studies, bench markingpractices, current practices and strategies employed to support purchasing and supply chain management. Speakers are to be from ''world class'' organizations familiar with items purchased by eachsite. Seminars are to start in October 1997. This procurement will be issued as RFP SP4700-96-R-0041 approximately 15 days after issuance in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD).
