includes the removal of existing chain link fence (approximately 425
linear feet) along the southeast boundary and (approximate 470 linear
feet) along Westside of Isaac Hull Avenue. The replacing of chain link
fence along a southeast boundary will be approximately 365 linear feet
masonry walls (7'-6'' high), and 60 feet's width gate. The Westside of
Isaac Hull Avenue chain link fence will be replaced by grating wall.
This proposed solicitation is unrestricted and open for participation
by all interested firms. The Estimated Cost Range is between $100,000
and $250,000. The Bid Opening Date is on or about 12 SEP 1996 at
