The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis, 1 each, 16 Channel Vibration Control System Software, PN: VCP9000 as per the description listed in the RFQ and the hardware compatibility requirements called out in the attachment to the RFQ. We are only purchasing the software under this procurement, not hardware. The attachment to the RFQ only addresses (for informational purposes) the hardware compatibility requirements. This procurement also includes installation and training for two (2) days and 12 months software warranty. Due to compatibility requirements and the proprietary nature of the product, this requirement is sole sourced to M+P International Inc of Verona, NJ. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Solicitation will be issued on or about 15 days after publication of this notice.
