The Government intends to award a sole source Contract to Systems Automation, Inc.(SAI), 15 Lakeside Office Park, Wakefield, MA 01880. SAI developed a custom database design and developed and produced a Keyfile custom Index Tool unique to this requirement. This award is based on the following: upgrade the existing Keyfile server software from OS/2 to Windows NT, upgrade optical support to Keyfile level 5, purchase of 50 Keyfile Concurrent Desktop Licenses, purchase of KeyCare Plus for 50 Licenses to begin at contract award and end 15 Mar 97, purchase of Citrix Winframe Server Software, purchase of customized software maintenance for the Citrix Winframe Server Software, and integration of the above with the existing customized USAF File Plan Index Software, integration of the above with the existing Keyfile hardware and client software, and integration of the above with the existing customized USAF LAN/WAN environment. Full implementation for the Keyfile server software and the optical support to the Keyfile level 5 jukebox support is to be completed within 10 days of contract award. Despite the Air Force's intent to solicit only Systems Automation, Inc. any firm that believes it can meet the above requirements should respond to the above address in writing within fifteen (15) days of this notice.
