This Request for Quotation is for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision required to reroof Building 3430 (Water Treatment Plant) located at Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA in accordance with specifications and drawing attached to the quotation. The project includes but is not limited to removal of all existing roofing; seal cracks in decks; install new EPDM .060-in fully adhered roofing; remove existing gutters, downspouts and replace with new; and raise two concrete door sills approximately 6 in and etc. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond of 50% will be required on award. Performance time is approximately 150 calendar days. Requests for this quotation must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package. No company, personal, registered checks or cash shall be accepted. Request should be received before the issue date of 29 July 1996. Closing date will be COB 21 August 1996 to the Contracting Office.
