Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete project in accordance with the contract specifications and plans. Work includes but is not limited to: Removal of existing pipe, fittings, associated appurtenances, and lead and asbestos, inside the building. Remove and dispose of only asbestos and lead which will be disturbed by work uncluded under this project. Installation of a condensate polishing system consisting of two sodium-cycle ion exchangers, feed pumps, brine tanks, controls, piping, appurtenances, and connection to existing process piping. Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation will be made available on or about 30 JUL 96 with a BOD of 30 AUG 96. Project is to be completed within 150 calendar days of the NTP. Package will be sent upon written request and receipt of payment for package. Request shall include mailing address, phone number and fax number as well as size of business. The cost for the plans and specifications will be determined prior to issuance. Checks or money orders will be made out to: U.S. Treasury. This project is open to both large and small businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Presolicitation Notices are being sent concurrently. (0191)
