Project QJKL 96-0001A/B/C, Maintain/Repair/Alter P.O.L. Piping requires furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, transportation, labor and supervision for the removal of existing underground piping and replacement with above ground piping, insulate and heat building 604, provide heat in control room of building 602, install catwalk over piping in building 602 and above sidewalk east of building 602 and between receiving heads, install electrical and control wiring for heaters, lights and control devices, paint above ground piping, and install landscaping. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for this project. The SIC Code is 1623. Magnitude of construction is $250,000 to $500,000. Project construction period is 135 calendar days. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued o/a 16 August 1996 and opened o/a 16 September 1996. Dates Are for estimating purposes only and may be revised as indicated in the IFB. This acquisition is unrestricted and award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
