The work includes general construction of an Electro Magnetic Roll Complex including an EMR Facility (Part A) and X-Loop Addition (Part B) with one 2-story masonry controlbuilding, one single story generator building, one single story boat storage building, U-shaped concrete and wood pier ship slip, X, Y, and Z conductor loops, dredging canal out to main channel, asphalt roadway, demolition of an existing bridge, a new 2lane bridge, sanitary sewerage lift stations, and incidental related work. Part B will be a bid option which may be exercised within 180 calendar days after award. Estimated cost is over 10 MILLION. Estimated duration of the contract is 420 calendardays for completion.
