Services: This project is to transport ambulatory patients from the Holloman AFB hospital, New Mexico, to the William Beaumont Hospital, El Paso, Texas, and return. A maximum of fifteen passengers are to be transported per round trip with a maximum of three round trips per day, Monday through Friday. All Federal, New Mexico and Texas permits and licenses are to be obtained as required by law. Performance period is 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997. The procedure will be by written quotation under the simplified acquisition procedure. Request For Quotations will be issued on or about 20 July 1996. Quotations will be due 15 days after publication of this notice. This purchase will be a ``Not To Exceed'' amount with an estimated quantity. The estimated award date is 1 October 1996. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. The proposed acquisition is intended to be a 100% small business set-aside. If adequate interest is not received from small business concerns the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
