The work on the contract resulting from the solicitation shall consist of the contractor supplying microcomputer technical support personnel on an intermittent basis from date of award through September 30, 1996. Two people will be required for an average of thirty-five hours per week. This contract will also contain four one year options with the same personnel and hourly requirement. The place of performance will be Gateway National Recreation Area, with sites in three of the boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island) and Monmouth County New Jersey. The offeror will be required to submit a technical as well as a cost proposal, with the technical proposal carrying more weight. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
