The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Quantity Contracts for the performance of real estate appraisal services within the State of New Mexico. Delivery Orders for appraisal services may be issued from date of contract award (October 1, 1996) through September 30, 1997, and throughout optional years, if exercised. The Contractors shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the appraisal services.
