Kay, Contracting Officer Provide for Wire Cages, which shall have the following characteristics: Panels - 10 gauge (.135) steel wire woven into 2'' x 1'' opening regular mesh. Panels to be framed in 1 1/4'' x 1 1/4'' x 1/8'' steel angle. Woven wire mesh securely welded to frames, 1/4'' x 3/4'' flat steel stiffeners welded to frame behind mesh on panels longer than three feet. Door panels framed in 1 1/4'' x 1 1/4'' x 3/16'' steel angle. Posts - 2'' square 14 guage tubular steel posts with 1/4'' x 2'' x 7'' base plate and post cap securely welded in place. Hardware - shall be 3/8'' standard thread grade two plated. All hardware, including floor anchors, to be furnished with order. Finish- Nonplated parts shall )~HB e prime coat of gray acrylic enamel. Product is finished for interior application. Cages to be 8' L x 5' W x 8'2'' H flush to floor with ceilings. Minimum door size 3' W x 7'3'' H. Padlock lugs only. One row of cages with dividers to make each cage 4'L. One (1) lot wire cages shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Pearl Harbor. This is 100% small business set-aside and Note 1 applies.
