PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the construction of one clarifier structure, installing clarifier, sump, and various plumbing, electrical, and concrete work and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
