The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to begin a subscription with Information Handling Services by National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, MD. Information Handling Services provides online and fixed media services covering federal personnel, procurement, EPA, and OSHA regulations. IHS provides a complete line of electronic products for federal personnel (PERSONNET), and procurement (Government Acquisition Reguations), and regulatory (EPA and OSHA) documents. Service will be continued through September 30, 1996. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
