Project scope includes providing an upgraded and reliable heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for the PMEL facility building 454 and the simulator facility building 469 at King Abdul Aziz Air Base, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The estimated cost for this project is between $200,000.00 and $800,000.00 (US Dollars). The request for proposal will be issued on or about 30 Jul 96.
