The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a service contract for Non-Personal Service as an Electro-encephalography Technician. Duties to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Old Highway Road 75, Butner, NC 27509-1000. Services include, but are not limited to performing Electro-encephalography studies on inmates at FCI Butner. Official interpretation of E.E.G's and return of results of FCI Butner within 48 hours of the time they are performed. Requirements include the contractor will be licensed to perform and interpret encephalography in the state of North Carolina. This contract will include a base year not to exceed (12) twelve months from date of award, with four (4), one (1) year option periods for renewal. Estimated number of sessions for the base year is 48 (four (4) sessions per month, one (1) session equals two (2) hours). Option year #1 estimated sessions per month, one (1) session equals two (2) hours). Option year #1 estimated sessions is 48; Option Year #2 estimated sessions is 48; Option year #3 estimated sessions is 48; Option Year #4 estimated session is 48.
