The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a service contract for Non-Personal Service as a Neurologist. Duties to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Old Highway Road 75, Butner, NC 27509-1000. Services include, but are not limited to providing professional evaluation and treatment only in the field of Neurology to inmates that are referred to the contractor by F.C.I. Butner medical staff. Requirements include the contractor will be board certified in the field of Neurology and hold a current state license that permits them to their specialty in the State of North Carolina. This contract will include a base year not to exceed (12) twelve months from date of award, with four (4), one (1) year option periods for renewal. Estimated number of sessions for the base year is 72 (six (6) sessions per month, one (1) session equals two (2) hours). Option year #1 estimated sessions is 72; Option year #2 estimated sessions is 72; Option year #3 estimated sessions is 72; Option year #4 estimated sessions is 72; Option year #3 estimated sessions is 72; Option year #4 estimated sessions is 72.
