The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Carco Electronics, 195 Constitution Drive, Menlo Park CA 94025, 1-415-321-8174. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Carco Electronics is the only known source that can meet the Government's minimum essential requirements for manufacturing and installing new actuator housings on the pitch and yaw axes for the flight motion simulator located in the Missile Simulation Laboratory on Eglin AFB FL. Specific requirements are to manufacture new pitch actuator housings and yaw actuator housings, which both consist of 2 actuators each. Also, field service is required to install the new actuators housings, seals and bearings. Quantity is one manufactured pitch actuator housing set, one manufactured yaw actuator housing set and installation of each new actuator housing set. Delivery will be one month after contract award.
