Only offers from contractors and/or suppliers that have an affirmative FDA Quality Assurance evaluation will be accepted. If other than manufacturer, offeror must submit prior to award a copy of the signed agreement between the vendor and manufacturer covering the entire contract period. Price shall be offered per estimated quantity of bottles. Drugs will be distributed through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor Program. Awards will be made in the aggregate by family group. Solicitation is for one base year and four option years.
