contract with Kinemotive Corporation for the production of F-14A
aircraft TF30 engine pressure switches. These switches will be a
replacement for an existing switch designed, developed, and produced
solely by Kinemotive Corporation for the past 25 years. Kinemotive has
demonstrated reliability and good overall performance over the 25
years of production of the existing switched which will be the basis
for the design of the switches. The switches will be engine mounted and
must operate within a wide temperature range (-78 to 400F degrees), in
a high vibration environment (5 to 500 HZ), and provide a 28 Volt
output signal in the 0 to 50 PSIG operating pressure range. The
switches will be manufactured and tested in accordance with the
detailed specification and is classified as a Type I Class 4 engine
mounted approximate gage pressure switch. See note No. 22 - NAVAIR
