The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to issue a Request for Proposal (reserved for small business), for the operation and maintenance of two (2) incinerator units and the destruction of classified and/or sensitive unclassified waste produced by activities at DISA Headquarters and field sites in the Washington metropolitan area. This proposal shall also include the removal of ash from the DISA Headquarters compound and disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. This contract will be for Base Year and four (4) Option Years. Request for Proposal will be issued o/a 17 July 1996. No verbal requests for this RFP will be accepted.
